Sleeping Solutions

A world of problems weighs on my mind.
It may not be a large world, but it is more than enough for me.
I pace the Earth, seeking a solution,
But the glaring sun picks at my brain, and steals my thoughts with it.
Soon the lights fade and I am blanketed in the dark.
I return to sleep so I may find the answers in my dreams.
And when I wake the morning light isn’t so harsh.
