And there was a rainbow after the storm.
I woke up half an hour after the alarm rang.
My coffee didn’t taste the same
and when I looked outside it started to rain.
Traffic was taking far longer than usual.
The quiz I had in physics didn’t go to plan.
It all started to feel like a daze.
I could feel the migraine
pulsating on my temples.
As my day came to an end
I looked out the window—
it was no longer raining.
The sky was blue with cotton clouds.
The sunset seemed everwarm.
